1. Data controller
Shift Digital ("we", "us") is the data controller for personal data collected through this website (shift-improve.com). Contact: growth@shift-improve.com · Cali, Valle del Cauca, Colombia.
2. Data we collect
We only collect data you voluntarily provide through our contact forms: full name, email address, company (optional), country and message. We do not collect browsing data through tracking cookies.
3. Purpose
Data is used solely to respond to your inquiry or quote request, manage the commercial relationship and, with your consent, send you communications about our services.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on the explicit consent you give by checking the acceptance box on the form (Art. 6.1.a GDPR; Art. 5 Colombian Law 1581/2012 — Habeas Data).
5. Retention period
We retain your data for as long as necessary to manage the commercial relationship and no longer than 3 years from the last interaction, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and the right to data portability (Arts. 15–22 GDPR; Arts. 8, 10 Law 1581/2012). To exercise these rights write to growth@shift-improve.com with the subject "Data protection".
7. International transfers
Data may be processed by service providers (Resend for email) with servers outside Colombia. We apply appropriate safeguards in accordance with the GDPR and Colombian regulations.
8. Cookies and analytics
We use Plausible Analytics, a web analytics tool that uses no cookies and tracks no personally identifiable data. Nothing is stored in the user's browser and no personal data is shared with third parties for advertising purposes. For this reason, no cookie banner is required.
9. Complaints
If you are in the EU you may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. In Colombia you may contact the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (SIC).
